The unemployment watch continues
There’s plenty of good economic news out there at present at a headline level, but my shtick is looking for what’s really happening sans the noise, under the hood, as it were. I’m in it for the big picture and the major trends.
Around the time of my last post, where I showed the jump in the Challenger Job Cuts data against PMI data - to represent the business cycle - (see chart above) to indicate where we’re at in the current cycle, there was another data release.
